IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Please refrain from flouting any rule of engagement as per the terms and conditions of your employment and later blame anyone else for that. The list of Office Bearers of Aam Aadmi Kerala is readily available for scrutiny by all in public domain at AAP Kerala and also at the AAP National page. Moreover all these people have Face Book Accounts and if Google is searched for any such person, the groups they like and associate with, the thread of their likes and opinions are all available in public domain.

It would be most appropriate if office bearers of State/ District Committees bear in mind not to violate the terms and conditions of their employment so be it in the private sector (where so specifically notified); and/or those who are employed in Government Establishments  or Government of India Undertakings in the Public Sector. Please stay advised on this aspect and do not blame the Aam Aadmi Party or anyone else for that matter for any disciplinary action/ punitive measure adopted by the management against defaulters.

 Unlike other Political parties AAP insists on transparency from the ward level right up to The Convener of the Party at the Centre. As such, those who do not wish to make their true identity known to others for reasons cited above, should in their own interest refrain from holding positions of office bearers but may work as volunteers towards the cause of the Party during their spare time with permission of their employers. Kindly do not use the resources (in terms of office equipment and material) placed at your disposal by your employer towards Party work. This could also invite punitive action against you from your employer.

Shri Arvind Kejriwal serves as a role model for each one of us. He resigned his job as an Assistant Income Tax Commissioner took up public service for the well-being and future of our country. Let each one of us follow his ideals and practice it in our daily life.

I am presently working as an ‘Ordinary Member’ after having resigned from my nominated designation of District Coordinator AAP Trivandrum due to the colossal amount of pressure put on me by the Preparatory/Adhoc State Committee members for the work put in by me towards bringing about transparency in membership. Certain people who are office bearers in State Committee are visiting Districts with intent to show off their power and position that they are appointed by Shri Prashanth Bhushan and they possess supervisory powers both administratively and functionally over the appointments at District level. I am not aware of the past of Sri KPRatheesh of the State Committee who is the currently the spokesperson of AAP Kerala. I am not even aware of his true identity. Sri KP Ratheesh has been time and again telephoning me and trying to browbeat me saying that he is an appointee in the State Committee made directly by none other than Advocate Shri Prashanth Bhushan  of AAP Centre and that he has the right to decide what I should be doing and what I should not be doing ─ a blatant display of absolute arrogance.  I would like to convey to Shri Ratheesh through this medium not to telephone me in future. I am implicitly following what I have learnt from the example set by AAP at the Centre and the code of moral ethics laid by them. I have been relentlessly working to motivate people into join AAP and even making online payment for membership for those who are ignorant of the procedure from my meager service pension.

Today I am blamed that since my blog contains a link which gives out the details of the office bearers of the Adhoc State Committee, a certain office bearer of AAP State Committee has lost his job. I have received a lot of phone calls citing the same and blaming me as the root cause for “destroying a person’s livelihood”. I repeat, please do not blame me. Every individual reaps the fruits of his/her Karma. Please be advised to stay within the framework of the rules and regulations pertaining to the terms and conditions of engagement and employment of your Firms/Concerns.

The State Committee members at this deciding and critical phase of the future of Delhi elections should be synergizing efforts towards this purpose. Instead they are holding a “Parisheelana Sabha” .

Maximum members from a District is 5 members. It is mandatory for all office bearers should attend.. Only those attend will be allowed to continue as an office bearer of AAP. Is a one day programme.

Hall for the December 1st "Parisheelana Sabha" for all district office bearers has been booked at Shikshak sadan (Adhyapaka Bhavan Complex, Ernakulam).

 I wonder what it is aimed at. They should be focusing on setting up of working mechanisms at Ward/Block/Constituency  development at District level for effective implementation of the Constitution of AAP.  Instead they are busy indulging in blame game and staging wild goose chase over Aramula Airport, Vizhingam Seaport, waste disposal equipment etc .  Apparently they are busy positioning their own people at various Districts of Kerala with an ulterior aim of “Short Cut to Becoming a Neta”.

The State committee has done their bit in marginalizing me, subjecting me to tremendous mental pressure with their brow beating tactics (that they are appointees made by Shri Prashanth Bhushan and that I am nothing). I wish they understand the true motto of AAP : that the true power lies with the people and elected representatives should be serving the country selflessly.

How can these people who want to stay anonymous and who are hungry for power and position be true servants of the country and its people? Each member of the State and District Committees should introspect and do some soul searching.
