How to change the corrupt system

No one should go out of AAP and form a new party because of some one is holding the posts. Keep up fight against the corrupt practices from with in the system. Stay with us to change the corrupt system. We have to startup from Ward level with out any crosscut leadership. We have to build a 10 member committee at all wards in Kerala. We can start our fight against corruption from ward level being a voter ID card holder under the election commission of India.
We all know that the book SWARAJ written by Sri Arvind Kejriwal is an eye opener.

India's common man has had enough of oppression, inequality, injustice and unkept promises. For the last 2 years the anti corruption movement has galvanised the country from end to end into one common voice - a voice that is demanding a complete rehaul in the way political parties and their leaders function.
This national demand for a change in the way our political system works has forced our anti corruption drive to enter the political arena to clean it from the inside. Politics itself is not a dirty word - it is our current breed of politicians who have made it dirty. Aam Aadmi Party wants to make politics a noble calling once again.
We want to create a system where the political leaders we elect and place in the Parliament are directly responsible to the voters who elected them. Our party's vision is to realise e dream of SWARAJ that Gandhiji had envisaged for a free india - where the power of governance and rights of democracy will be in the hands of the people of India.
The Aam Aadmi party, the common man's party, wants to overhaul the 3 pillars of our democracy and make them accountable for their actions to the people of India. The following is the roadmap we aim to follow:-

1. The Executive
Today all big and small decisions that affect the nation are taken by a few select members of this body of governance. Once the ruling party comes to power, a few top leaders at the head of the party and a handful of influential corporate honchos decide all policies. Where is the voice of the common man in this decision making process? There is no Right to Recall in our country today. So once we elect a leader, we are stuck with him for 5 years. And this gives the current breed of politicians enough time to loot the resources of the country.
Is this the true meaning of Democracy? Of course not. In a true democracy The people have the power. Governments should be responsible to the people, not the other way around. This is the goal of Aam Aadmi Party - to give the power back in the hands of the people of India. This is SWARAJ or self rule - but can it be done practically?
The answer is YES!
SWARAJ can be created in a fully democratic system and many countries in the world have done it. India can also create a system which makes the government directly responsible to the people. Aam Aadmi Party aims to decentralise the system of governance in such a way that people can influence the policies that affect their local area. All the provisions to create SWARAJ are defined in the Constitution of India. All it takes is the political will to implement the spirit of the Constitution on the ground level. No political party in India today will do this. It is this corrupt and selfish current political system, that forms the Executive pillar of our democracy, that we aim to change.

2. The Legislature
The common men and women of India elect the MLAs and MPs and send them to Parliament. These chosen few then betray the trust of the common man and make unfair and corrupt policies and take unilateral decisions that affect the lives of millions of Indians. In the current system once we elect our representatives, the common people have no recourse to have a say in the law making and policy formulation process. And in this India is one of the 5 unfortunate countries in the world which do not have constitutional provisions to allow people's participation in policy making.

All the other democracies in the world have 2 such provisions - REFERENDUM and INITIATIVE. In these countries if a pre determined majority of the population consider a law unfit for the people, they can reject it and send it back to their elected representatives. This is called Referendum. Similarly, if a pre determined majority of the population considers a law necessary for their nation, through a clearly defined procedure the people can send the law to their chosen representatives and this right is termed Initiative. These are just two examples of how democracy can be made truly participatory and representative, if the political system supports it. Our party is committed to giving these two rights of REFERENDUM and INITIATIVE to the people of India.

3. The Judiciary
Today if a common man wants a lawyer to represent him in either the Supreme Court or a High Court, he needs lakhs of rupees to afford legal representation. Justice in India today is so expensive that it is out of reach for a common man. The only way a poor person can appeal to the highest judicial courts is if some lawyer agrees to fight the case at nominal cost. This means that you can have justice in India today as a charity, but not as a right.

This is not the justice for all that is envisioned in the Preamble to the Constituiton of India. Access to the highest level of justice is a fundamental right of every Indian and should be made easily available to the common man. Our party plans to implement long overdue judicial reforms in order to create a judicial system easily accessible and affordable for all Indians.

RIGHT TO REJECT
When we go to cast our vote, we know that almost all the candidates are either corrupt or criminals.  But our current voting system forces us to choose any one candidate and waste our vote on someone we know is unfit for the job. We the people's party plan to give the voter an alternate choice - a Reject All button.  All  voting machines shall have a “reject all” button at the bottom. If you dislike all candidates, you will have an option to use this button. If this button gets majority of votes, the elections to that constituency will be cancelled and fresh elections will be held within a month. The parties and candidates rejected in the cancelled elections will forfeit their right to contest again in the re-elections.

RIGHT TO RECALL
Today we give our vote to a candidate, he or she wins the election, and then they disappear from our life. Today most elected representatives make no time to listen to the problems of their constituents. And in the current electoral system, the people have no choice but to suffer this candidate for 5 years. We want to create an alternative.  We will enact a Right to Reject law wherein the common man does not have to wait for 5 years to remove a corrupt MLA or MP from office.   People can complain to the election commission anytime to recall their representative and call for fresh elections.

Open letter from Kerala to national executive

To

National Executive members

AAP Party

Subject: Crisis and Power Struggle in Kerala AAP

Dear Sirs,

May I introduce myself as Kollara Joby, a humble AAP volunteer residing in Kottayam District of Kerala State.

At the outset, I would like to congratulate Team AAP in Delhi and National team for the outstanding performance in Delhi governance as well as the genuine dedication shown towards the fight against corruption. As a common man, may I show my appreciation and gratitude for the noble fight for the common man of our great nation. In fact, like many, I am also attracted and motivated to strive towards corruption free country.

However, being a believer of AAP ideology, I understand it is my obligation to enlighten the AAP National Team regarding the unfortunate issues related to the crisis and power struggle happening within Team AAP Kerala State. I have taken this step after my several failed attempts of reasoning with current AAP lead team to find amicable solutions.

Members of the present State Executive nominated by Mr. Prashant Bhutan do not show any interest towards spreading AAP ideology in primary level and have failed to reach the mass in ground level. In fact, Senior members are focused in attending debates media channels while the District level members appointed by them are being encouraged to become minions in order to preserve their position. There are many low level humble volunteers disheartened to continue their selfless activities. As a result, this great movement in Kerala is now crumbling from inside. Some of the issues are observed are noted below:

Disciplinary actions including termination are taken against founder members by claiming and excercising undue power. State spokesperson Mr. KP Ratheesh addressed the media and informed that the founder members do not have any privilege, which is against the constitution of AAP (kindly refer the following links:

http://www.mathrubhumi.com/online/malayalam/news/story/2746000/2014-01-28/kerala

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=578936895534183&set=a.370762216351653.86242.370758693018672&type=1&theater

Some of them have gone open to the media against official State Team tarnishing the image of our virtuous cause.

Currently, District Executives are appointed by State Committee. A few Blocks are formed by the appointed District Committees. Primary units are formed rarely. Active memberships are approved only to those swearing allegiance to the persons in District Executive, thereby ensuring that their control will not be lost, even if an internal election happens! Volunteers are not educated and informed on AAP Constitution and efforts towards internal election are curbed by unethical means of lies, half-truths and distortion of facts.

Corruption is also alleged against some of the appointed members. Funds are collected in local level from dishonest sources without receipt is an example where transparency is not shown. Unaudited spending has resulted in involving Police cases too!

There are cases where sincere volunteers who have participated from IAC Campaign onwards have been discredited and their genuine efforts to spread the ideology to grass root level have been proclaimed as self-promotion and insulted to the media.

Those genuine primary units are being discarded on the view that they could not be controlled! They have hijacked official social media too where blind allies of existing parties are retained but expelled well-wishers without difference of opinion without any mercy!

I trust AAP has evolved nationally through a culture of equality, respect, transparency, humbleness, openness and sharing. Unfortunately, Kerala Team in power does not show any of these traits.

With all these, I believe time has come for the national team to intervene to uplift the values we proudly present to the common man lest AAP activities in Kerala will be jeopardized. I trust whatever issues I have raised are in capable hands and hope everything will be alright within the near future.

Jai Hind!

This letter received me from one of my friend. It is the right space to publish it to strengthen AAP from grass root level. If we are not aware of the crooked/spies occupied state and district committees nominated by unknown sources is harmful to AAP. Don't waste one crore on each LS constituency which is a waste from common man's donation from his tear.

What are the expectations of a common man from AAP

Due to some technical problems I can't publish the content on discussion forum of AAP.
1. Membership
Online membership at the AAP site must make disclosure of  Voter ID particulars mandatory. It needs to also include a mandatory disclaimer: " "
2. Swaraj starts from Ward level
The minimum number of members at a ward committee meeting that must be present for a valid transaction of decision is 10% of total voters of the ward. The role of representative of the ward is to implement the decisions taken by the ward sabha once in three months. At present none of other parties can support the  Swaraj concept due to their inherent corrupt politics.
3. Coordinators
The Coordinator and joint coordinator (any one of them) must be a female representative. They should represent the ward to form committee at Panchayath/Municipality/Corporation level.
4. Block level and upward to district level
In consonance with the constitution of AAP  there must be a sincere and selfless representative of the people as coordinator and joint coordinator. He /she representing the party should work for the common man beyond cast, creed, religion, sex, and most importantly party politics etc. This will ensure overall equilibrium and bring about the desired level of cohesiveness amongst the people.

Unauthorized people representing AAP on TV shows

The Aam Aadmi Party strongly condemns the nefarious attempts by some TV channels to allow unauthorized individuals to air their views as party spokespersons and indulge in an ugly onscreen drama.
AAP wants to make it clear in no uncertain terms that only those spokespersons and panelists whose names have been cleared by the party and circulated to the media are authorized to speak on its behalf. (The list is being sent again with this release). Any fresh changes will be duly informed.
It is disturbing to note that some channels have been allowing unauthorised individuals to express their views officially on behalf of the party. The AAP media cell wishes to bring to the notice of the entire media fraternity that requests for participation in TV shows and even for expression of views in print media should be checked with it.
It has been noticed in the recent past that deliberate attempts have been made to showcase individuals as members and former members and even party sympathisers as party leaders, which is unacceptable.
The Aam Aadmi Party has appointed the following people as its official Spokespersons:
1. Sh. Yogendra Yadav (Chief Spokesperson)
2. Sh. Dilip Kumar Pandey
3. Shrimati Atishi Marlena
4. Sh. Anand Kumar
5. Sh. Manish Sisodia
6. Sh. Gopal Rai
7. Sh Sanjay Singh
8. Sh. Prashant Bhushan
9. Sh. Kumar Vishwas
10. Sh. Ashutosh
11. Sh. Pankaj Gupta
12. Shrimati Shazia Ilmi
13. Sh. Rahul Mehra
In addition, the party has also appointed an official panel to represent the party in TV debates etc. The panel members are listed below.
1. Sh. Anand Kumar
2. Shrimati Atishi Marlena
3. Sh. Dilip Kumar Pandey
4. Sh. Gopal Rai
5. Sh. Kapil Mishra
6. Sh. Mayank Gandhi
7. Sh. Pankaj Gupta
8. Sh Prashant Bhushan
9. Sh. Praveen Singh
10. Sh. Prithvi Reddy
11. Sh. Raghav Chaddha
12. Sh. Rahul Mehra
13. Sh. Sanjay Singh
14. Shrimati Shazia Ilmi
15. Shrimati Anjali Damania

A tweet to @ArvindKejriwal

@AravindKejriwal

@ArvindKejriwal A humble request, The Kerala AAP committee members are not elected. Please elect new by collecting AAP members at dist. level.

At present I am very unhappy with the designated office bearers in AAP Kerala for their hunger and greed for power and position adopting crosscut leadership.

I was the co-ordinator of Trivandrum District where a maximum of 12 members attended each meeting prior to Delhi election.  I tried to bring about transparency amongst office bearers of AAP who are unknown to each other. When I asked for Voter ID proof I found that the Secretary Rakesh Raveendran, and Treasurer Sumalraj were refusing to give details and did not submit the same. This was a letter send to me by the unauthorized secretary ( he was positioned here as a part of the plan of AAP Kerala. This individual does not belong to Trivandrum). However Mr T. Sugathan submitted the same to me. Many of the members were unpaid and an instruction was received from State convenor Manoj Padmanabhan to collect Rs.10 from unpaid members. This was when there existed a  provision to pay online to take membership at AAP site. I paid online from my pension account for T. Sugathan (District Co-ordinator) and Sureshkumar BR (State Committee Member) since they had furnished details of their Voter ID particulars for verification on line at http://www.ceo.kerala.gov.in/rollsearch.html Subsequently I found that I had become unpopular with the AAP State tem and all those who did not wish to reveal their Voter ID particulars. The secretary insulted me on many occasions that I am unable to conduct meetings. On many occasions he side-lined me quoting the State Committee’s patronage. I never knew then that he was a plant of the State Committee team to overshadow and grab control of functioning.  He from the beginning displayed extraordinary interest towards the subject of waste management and was very keen to market a product belonging to a group called Thanal (An NGO) who is getting foreign funds. Rakesh is working for them and is responsible for the site maintenance of Thanal. He is neither a voter from Trivandrum nor a member of AAP from Trivandrum paid on line. With the support of AAP Kerala adhoc team and specially one K.P Ratheesh, they compelled me to resign from the post of district co-ordinator so that they could have their own way.
At present I am working as an ‘Ordinary Member’ after having resigned from my nominated designation of District Coordinator AAP Trivandrum due to the colossal amount of pressure put on me by the Preparatory/Adhoc State Committee members for my effort towards bringing about transparency in membership. Certain people who are office bearers in State Committee are visiting Districts with intent to show off their power and position that they are appointed by Shri Prashanth Bhushan and they possess supervisory powers both administratively and functionally over the appointments at District level. I am not aware of the past of Sri KPRatheesh of the State Committee who is the currently the spokesperson of AAP Kerala. Read more >>> The State committee was also selected with the limited participation of few attendees.
Thus there is a dire and urgent need to elect new District committee by collecting all registered members at AAP site before starting election campaign of 2014. Now a days the State and District committee members are trying to hold the seats by crosscut leadership. It is harmful for AAP’s reputation and future. The constitution of AAP must be adhered to and by each member and selection of committee members must be with the participation of registered members at District level. We are not power hungry, but want to change the corrupt system. Swaraj is our vision and constitution of AAP we want to obey. AAP Kerala is not willing to reach ward level and further work upwards . How to reach ward level?
Instead of dismissing District level committees there is an urgent need of a re-election and choosing people of quality. When the District Committee election is completed at district level  AAP can select State Committee from amongst them.  If not the very concept of AAP will be unrealised. At many location members are very unhappy with the present scenario of adhocism and crookedness.  The details provided on the profiles of AAP State Committee members are not transparent. There could be many Binnys in disguise.

The real face of AAP Kerala

I am well aware of the fact that AAP Kerala will not take any steps to bring out to the fore front what can be termed as a Rubber Scam of Kerala. This is the main reason why they formed a group and compelled me to resign from the post of District co-ordinator, AAP TVM . I would not have been able to highlight the irregularities and anomalies related with natural rubber while holding the post. I resigned from that post on the persistent pressure from the Adhoc Committee of Kerala State AAP spearheaded by one K.P Ratheesh. All conversations between us tool place in the presence of Sri.Joseph Oommen (a member of AAP). Now I am free to speak out and place all facts pertaining to the Rubber Scam in front of Public. I joined the AAP not for power, position or money. I want to change the prevalent corrupt system. The Adhoc State Team of AAP Kerala and AAP TVM can't seal my mouth from speaking out the Rubber Scam. I hope the National team will study the same in detail before election campaign 2014. One Mr. Rakesh Ravindran (currently planned and positioned here in Trivandrum and made the Secretary, AAP TVM by Adhoc State Committee Kerala ) does not belong to Thiruvananthapuram. He is not a voter from Trivandrum or not a registered member at National AAP Site from Trivandrum. He and one Mr. Arun Babu video recorded my statements about the Rubber Scam twice. Subsequently it was not published anywhere. I feel they handed over these recordings to someone who could be a beneficiary in the scam. They want to hide this issue from the Public. They came to my house for recording and placed the head set inside the collar of my shirt to make me look like a joker. I have contact with the National AAP team over phone and Email to lime light these irregularities. The reason why these power crazy people of AAP Kerala appointed by Adhoc State Committee Kerala want short cut leader ship is for meeting the requirements of private vested interests. They do not want to reach out to ward level to elect representatives with clean images. In other words these committee members are working against the constitution of AAP. They publically say and speak about "SWARAJ", but will not allow it to affect their posts and position in the Party. Beware of Kerala State Committee of AAP in Kerala. First we have to clean the Party to bring about and strengthen the ideology of Sri Arvind Kejriwal.

Rubber Scam and its evidences

AAP is the only one party who can stop the irregularities on Rubber Statistics. Media, Political Parties, Experts etc may be getting huge amount of Money to do these irregularities under Ministry of Commerce and Industry. You may be aware other parties are not ready to publish the amount and source of income live on line. The Black money deposited in foreign Banks includes the names Rahul Mammen and Ajay Mammen (Published in Indian Express which is omitted by Malayalam Media). They are related with Malayala Manorama and MRF tyres. This may be the reason State level and District level Committees want to remove me from AAP. A warning of removal of my membership was discussed by K.P. Ratheesh with Joseph Oommen took place. With out their action I volunteerly left the post as District Co-ordinator of Trivandrum. How ever he became successful to change the name of blog from aamaadmipartytvm to soldieraaptvm in blogspot. But they can't shut my mouth without blocking me on Social Media. The irregularities found through the analysis from 1999 including the documents on low priced export fetched through RTI Act is from my tear and wear. I hope the North India AAP Volunteers can understand my feelings.

A reply from Mohana Kumar S for the above letter given by mohanakumar@idsj.org
Dear Nair
Can you tell me how much production should be reduced to push price to Rs 300/kg. I think you have not yet understood the political economy of rubber price. The production of NR in India has increased from 5 lakh tonne to about 9 lakh tonne. Why did the price of NR increase from Rs 40 to Rs 240/kg during this period. According to your logic price should have fallen from Rs 40/kg. I appreciate your concern. But your analysis is not scientific enough to understand the economics of price fall. Do not find and fix the enemy. The issue is larger and wider

Mohanakumar

My reply to the above message.
I am a common man who can't understand the above message. I would like to limelight the irregularities on Indian Rubber Statistics which can be used for PhD projects only.
These mathematical errors can be used to prepare projects for PhD by PG students. After getting PhD they will get a job at Indian Rubber Board to continue the same mathematical error. How ever the missing on Synthetic Rubber is not seen from last few years, because Synthetic manufacturers can question these irregularities. The farmers are not united to react against the irregularities.
AAP the only one party in India who can stop these irregularities.

What a wonderful Statistics with a missing of 124498 tonnes from January to October 2013. Non of the Media or Experts can't see this irregularity.
To read more on the irregularities visit the following link.

A humble request to experts. Don't try to fool all Farmers.
