Grievence Redressal Complaints of AAP

The inaugural 'janta darbar' or public hearing called by Arvind Kejriwal on 11th January could not go as planned following chaos at Delhi Secretariat where hundreds had turned up hoping to get an audience with their 'aam aadmi' Chief Minister.
Today I saw a video shared in AAP TVM Facebook Group as follows.

Without a postal order, court fee stamp a complaint on a white paper with the details of complainant including mobile number (an sms as receipt can be received) at LAC level can reach the concerned office through the State Govt  initiative with the help of a "Complaint box" at each village. Justice can be provided to all with out waste of time and energy.

It is opined that a Grievance letter/ Complaint box be made available at convenient locations in a Mohalla. Any person desirous of sending a complaint can simply pen down the details on a plain sheet of paper giving his postal address, Voters ID No, LAC, his email ID/personal mobile no. Receipt of this letter can be acknowledged through SMS/ E-mail to the applicant. Ward level office bearers may be deputed and entrusted with the task of collection and delivery of such communication to the Chief Minister. For eyeball to eye ball contact and to interact with the public a larger venue may be selected and necessary arrangements can be made to obviate the possibility of stampede and undesirable activities by mischief makers.
This type of letter box at each Village can solve the problems and waste of time.
Complaints can be send to Grievance Redressal Cell as following:-
1.            By online registration provided by the State Govt.
2.            By an Email to an Email ID to the redressal cell.
3.            Written Complaint by post.
4.            By dropping the complaint on the letter box provided at the village.
The result on 14th January :
“Now, we are making a system through which people can report their grievances online. We will also set up a call centre,” Kejriwal said.
AAP is a govt of 'call centre and helpline': Congress
“And all those who cannot write to us can call on that call centre and their grievances will be noted down.... They can also send us their complaints via post and we will also set up a help box down here (secretariat). It will start in two-three days," he said.
